• Demonstrates the biblical character qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy and Titus and fulfils the expectations of Village Church membership.
• Actively pursues spiritual growth and a deepening relationship with Jesus.
• 5+ years of church ministry experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading teams, developing individuals, recruiting, and training volunteers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relational leadership skills, with a pastoral, collaborative, and people-focused approach.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced ministry environment.

• People are growing in their faith, connecting in community, serving, and taking meaningful steps in their discipleship journey.
• Community Group leaders and volunteers are equipped, supported, and thriving in their roles.
• Discipleship programs and events are well organized, effective, and aligned with the mission of Village Church.
