We launched Vintage Cash Cow into Europe in 2024, with our sister company Arcavindi based just outside of Arnhem. Over the past year, we’ve built a strong operational foundation and a growing, ambitious team. We’re now entering our next phase of scale across the Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany and Spain.

At the heart of that growth is our Appraisals function.

About the role:

As Head of Appraisals, you will take this area to the next level. You’ll build on the foundations already in place, developing a high performing team and evolving how we work, embedding data, technology and AI-driven tools to improve speed, accuracy and consistency.

You’ll work closely with our UK and NL leadership and support teams, helping shape how we scale across Europe and ensuring the Appraisals function continues to drive the performance of the wider business.

This role is as much about people leadership and operational excellence as it is about appraisals, you’ll create an environment where your team can thrive, perform and grow.

Key Goals & Objectives:

Build and scale a high-performing Appraisals team to meet growing demand
Deliver consistent team productivity (25–30 boxes per appraiser, per day)
Maintain ≥95% quality control through robust auditing and feedback loops
Drive strong commercial outcomes through effective decision-making and KPI management
Embed data-led and AI-supported processes to improve speed, accuracy and scalability
Partner with UK teams to implement best practice and continuously evolve the function
