We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to work within our influencer talent agency division to assist our team in representing and managing the careers of various social media influencers within our agency. As the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing social-first strategies and pitch materials for prospective Talent and Celebrities. You will ideate around how we can transform their social presence.

Responsibilities

→Assist in discovering and signing influencers who are looking for business management
→Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and revenue for our clients
→Collaborate with the Creative and Talent teams to execute on content ideas and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget
→Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are set, and timelines are met
→Provide creative input and insights to internal teams and clients, and pitch ideas to clients as needed
→Continuously improve content strategies and best practices
→Organize and update tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks, etc
→Update financial systems to track payments for completed campaigns
→Assist in ideating and pursuing growth opportunities for Talent
→Stay on top of trends in the influencer/creator space

1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry and be knowledgeable in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation
Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics
Positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance a multitude of tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment
University degree or college diploma and/or equivalent experience
Experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency)
