- With high accuracy, transact all assigned P&C operations tasks, including Onboarding, Offboarding, role changes, and other employee lifecycle changes
- Identify and take action on process improvements within employee lifecycle workflows that improve accuracy and overall efficiency
- Act as the primary owner of process documentation; design, audit, and evolve all internal workflows to ensure they are the "single source of truth" for the team, driving 100% operational clarity and consistency.
- Improve the “self-service” capability of our employees by maintaining a high-quality, up-to-date knowledge base (we use Confluence).
- Deliver a fantastic candidate experience by supporting talent acquisition processes (candidate screening, screening interviews, scheduling, reference checks, ATS configuration, etc.).
- Maintain 100% data integrity within our HRIS, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for all people data and organizational reporting
- Contribute to ongoing talent program delivery, such as engagement surveys, merit and performance reviews, benefits renewals, and more.
- Education & Experience: You have a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field AND/OR you have equivalent relevant experience in a similar role.
