Intake Assessment Registered Nurse

• Valid RN License
• Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
• Experience in patient evaluation and care
• Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
• Facilitate nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals
• Manage medication consents and patient property
• Collaborate with all healthcare providers and referring hospitals
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule

Previous behavioral health experienced needed.

Pre-employment background check and post-offer drug screen & physical required.

Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
