Job Overview: 

Swee Lee Vietnam is looking for a Logistics Coordinator with demonstrated success in warehouse management and inventory supply/demand planning. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion to problem solve and improve all logistics processes. The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Create necessary purchase orders for requests from e-commerce, retail and wholesale team.
• Create additional purchase orders for replenishment of supplies based on planned demand parameters.
• Receive, process and manage essential paperwork regarding in and out shipments.
• Communicate with forwarder.
• Manage warehouse inventory including receiving, counting and labelling.
• Monitor inventory accuracy.
• Create new SKUs and retail pricing in VND accordingly.
• Monitor available retail pricing in VND.
• Make retail price tags.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Support other employees and departments as needed.
• Take part in necessary training.

Requirements:

• Well-informed about modern musical instruments (will be tested) and eager to learn new knowledge of products by yourself.
• Able to write and converse in English is a must.
• Able to use Gmail, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to play musical instrument(s) or experienced in music industry is a plus.
• Adequate knowledge in warehouse management and inventory supply/demand planning.
• Experienced in e-commerce logistics is a plus.
• Experienced with ERP systems.
• Essential administrative skills for accurate reporting and documentations.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full workload.
• Prepared to go beyond the call of duty for the company as needed.
• University or college bachelor.
