Swee Lee is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Metro Manila! In this role, you will be the organizational backbone of our workplace, coordinating daily administrative procedures, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a safe, positive, and productive environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and optimize administrative systems.
- Coordinate facilities management, including routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and general workplace arrangements.
- Schedule meetings, organize team events, handle internal communications, and greet visitors.
- Manage office operational budgets and accurately track day-to-day administrative expenses.
- Ensure strict compliance with company health, safety, and security procedures.
- Assist with HR-related tasks and support onboarding processes for new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or office management role (previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator is highly advantageous).
- Highly proficient with core office software ecosystem tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proven experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
