As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at VMCH, you’ll provide high standards of care to our residents, supporting activities of daily life while supporting individual choices and preferences.
Highly focused on person-centred care, the support you provide will assist with ensuring a safe and positive environment for our residents and your colleagues. The collaboration and motivation you provide will work to ensure the care we provide is even more exceptional!
- Certificate III or IV in Aged caret
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse and relate to people with understanding, patience and sensitivity
