• Análise e Gestão de Demandas: Esclarecer objetivos, prioridades e critérios de aceite em tecnologia de marketing.
• Plataformas e Integrações: Conduzir plataformas técnicas, evoluir integrações e aplicar métodos/ferramentas avançadas da disciplina.
• Automações e Processos: Gerenciar e controlar automações, otimizando fluxos de trabalho e reduzindo riscos/desvios.
• Dados e Campanhas: Alinhar arquiteturas de dados e campanhas com stakeholders, trazendo rastreabilidade e insights baseados em evidências.
• Uso de Inteligência Artificial: Aplicar ferramentas avançadas de IA, engenharia de prompts e agentes inteligentes para gerar eficiência operacional.
• Governança e Boas Práticas: Manter documentação atualizada, garantir o uso ético de IA e zelar pela segurança e sigilo das informações.

• 🎓 Formação: Graduação concluída em Marketing, Tecnologia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
• ⏱️ Experiência: Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência na área de Martech/Tecnologia de Marketing.
• 🛠️ Conhecimentos Técnicos Avançados:
• Plataformas de marketing, automações, integrações e gestão de dados/campanhas.
• Ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, criação de prompts e agentes para eficiência.
• Domínio avançado do ecossistema WPP Open (ou facilidade em plataformas integradas do ecossistema).
• 💡 Competências Comportamentais: Pensamento analítico, proatividade, excelente comunicação, aprendizado contínuo e compromisso com o uso ético e responsável da IA.

• Pós-graduação ou especializações em gestão, inteligência artificial ou práticas de Martech.
• Inglês e/ou Espanhol avançados.
