The role focuses on leveraging Machine Learning and AI to optimize customer journeys and improve business performance. • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision making • Translate business problems into analytical models and scalable solutions • Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for commercial use cases • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance customer journeys and strategies • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences ## Who you are • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and Machine Learning (3+ years) • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and modelling • Ability to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts • Bachelor's in computer science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline(Master’s degree considered a plus). ## Not a perfect fit?
