## Role Purpose To manage operational support for e-money settlement activities, partner settlements, wallet funding, and transactional treasury operations ## Key Accountabilities * Process e-money settlements and partner funding transactions * Monitor settlement queues and operational liquidity * Support wallet-to-bank and bank-to-wallet operations * Ensure accurate settlement documentation and approvals * Escalate settlement failures and delays * Maintain settlement logs and operational controls * Support automation initiatives for settlement processing ## Key Performance Indicators * Settlement turnaround time * Failed transaction rate * Operational accuracy rate * Settlement reconciliation completion ## Qualifications * Degree in Finance, Banking, or Accounting * 3+ years in payment operations or treasury operations
