VodafoneThree - Commercial Specialist

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday The Commercial Specialist plays a key role in keeping the Retail channel compliant, operational, resilient, and customer focused in a fast-moving telecoms environment. Working across commercial, customer, and operational priorities, you will support the Retail franchise and cross functional teams to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement. With a high level of autonomy, the you will resolve complex, time critical issues, provide data driven insight, and ensure commercial decisions enable smooth retail operations. You will support with analysing and distributing complex and unique commercial data. You will work with large datasets to uncover key insights and turn raw data into clear analysis that supports decisions across the business. Lead and have oversight over some key projects across the business area Manage stakeholders within a given project and ownership of platform overviews Relationship management with stakeholders and colleagues for monthly tasks such as KRI data/QBRs/clawbacks Have the initiative to look to continuously improve current processes and ways of working You will work independently while collaborating closely with multiple internal & external teams. You will create clear, high-quality presentations and business cases that explain complex commercial / operational issues simply and what next steps are to be taken You will have the ability to lead multiple project and delegate/ collaborate where necessarily You will have the ability to work independently in fast paced, high pressure environments. You will have strong presentation skills You have the confidence to challenge current process as well as introducing new ideas You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
