Volunteer Criminal Justice Support

• →Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
• →Support our criminal justice team in delivering harm reduction interventions around drug and alcohol use
• →Delivering Needle and syringe exchange
• →Provide non-judgmental advice on safer drug & alcohol use, including injecting, overdose prevention, and emergency response.
• →Providing Naloxone and safe storage boxes to our service users
• →Completing BBV testing
• →Supporting our service users in attending DRR & ATR appointments
• →Multi agency working
• →Supporting the team in case management, recording notes on our case management system
• →Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations

• Full training and ongoing support
• Experience in a fast-paced, meaningful role

• Skills in communication, harm reduction, and community outreach
