Responsibilities

→Post checks to the appropriate accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
→Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered parts, labor, and additional charges related to body shop repairs.
→Review completed repair orders for accuracy before invoicing.
→Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
→Process and send daily deposits to the accounting office.
→Invoice all repair orders and insurance forms in a timely manner.
→Assist in ensuring that the body shop's financial records and documentation meet company and industry standards.
→Work closely with the Body Shop Manager, CSRs, and other team members to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.
→Input final billing information into the Reynolds and Reynolds system on a daily basis.
→Prepare payroll information on a weekly basis.
