Assistant Director of Nursing

Brookestone View is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help guide our clinical team and support the delivery of exceptional resident care.

This leadership opportunity is scheduled for 32 hours per week, offering flexibility and balance while allowing you to play a key role in the success of our nursing department.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to help oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and maintain high standards of resident care. This position combines leadership, mentoring, and operational oversight to ensure excellent outcomes for residents and a supportive workplace for caregivers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily nursing operations and clinical oversight
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff
• Supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts
• Promoting person-centered care and resident satisfaction
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive clinical outcomes
• Helping maintain a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence

• Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
