Afternoon Dispatch Leader

We are looking for an experienced Afternoon Dispatch Leader to join our Jandakot site on the day shift 2pm- 10 pm. This is a key role for someone who is organised, service‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to hit the ground running.

• →Organise and coordinate daily metro runs, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery schedules
• →Put together transport plans and liaise with drivers and external providers
• →Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
• →Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control
• →Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics or transport issues promptly
• →Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• →Work autonomously while maintaining a strong team‑focused approach

• Experience in load restraint, logistics, and transport coordination
• Highly organised, safety‑focused, and committed to safe work practices
• Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt when priorities shift
• Service‑oriented mindset – customer first
• Forklift licence and truck licensing (advantageous but not necessary)
