We are currently accepting applications for Traveling Electricians to join our Critical Power Team. In this role, you will travel nationwide to install high-level backup systems, including industrial generators and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. Pay based on experience and skills
Up to 20 hours of Overtime per week
Food and Lodging per diem $125 per day

Installation: Install UPS power distribution systems, load centers, and backup generators.
Conduit Bending: Utilize Greenlee 881/555 series benders, ratchet benders, and hand benders efficiently.
Blueprint & Print Reading: Interpret and work directly from electrical schematics and blueprints.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical issues on-site.
Control Wiring: Apply a fundamental understanding of control wiring to various systems.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery including forklifts, lulls, backhoes, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
Licensing: Must hold a valid State Journeyman License OR be actively on track to take the Journeyman exam while remaining in good standing with an approved apprenticeship program.
Experience: 3+ years of verifiable electrical experience, specifically in heavy commercial or industrial environments.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC).
Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools standard for the trade.
Driving Record: Must maintain a clean, insurable driving record for nationwide travel.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products for logging data or updates.
