Work closely with Alliances, Sales, Services, Marketing, RevOps, Solution Advisory and Product teams to align partner strategy with WalkMe’s business objectives.
Serve as an internal advocate for your partner cohort—surfacing feedback on product, delivery patterns, and program gaps.
Coordinate partner communications, newsletters, events, and scalable engagement programs.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, alliances, business development, or ecosystem operations.
Experienced in managing and building strategic regional or global key partners
Experience managing partner ecosystems within a SaaS company; experience with enterprise software or digital transformation partners strongly preferred
Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable with Salesforce, data dashboards, and program automation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both partner and internal cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities across partners in a structured, scalable, and repeatable way
Hold existing partnership and contacts within global known SI's and the Big 4
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital adoption, enterprise SaaS, or transformation consulting partners
Familiarity with partner lifecycle tools such as PRMs, LMS platforms, and ecosystem analytics
Experience in scaled program design, partner enablement, service delivery readiness, and digital engagement strategy
Understanding of WalkMe's DAP, its value drivers, and key enterprise use cases (e.g.,employee efficiency, process adoption, automation insights.)
