Waste Pro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Supervisor to lead sales operations across a multi-division territory spanning Fort Pierce through Miami, Florida. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing top-performing sales professionals, and strengthening customer relationships throughout the region.

The Regional Sales Supervisor serves as the primary sales leader for the territory, providing strategic direction, coaching, and accountability to the sales team while partnering closely with Executive Leadership to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives across the region.
  • Drive accountability through performance management, activity tracking, pipeline reviews, and consistent sales execution.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and sales meetings.
  • Evaluate team performance and develop action plans to improve productivity and results.
  • Foster a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive new business development, customer acquisition, and market share growth throughout the region.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting, presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations, and customer retention efforts.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management through Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, municipal leaders, business owners, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and assist with resolving escalated customer concerns.
  • Represent Waste Pro at industry events, trade associations, networking functions, and community organizations.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Partner with Corporate Sales Leadership to implement sales initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Assist with bids, proposals, RFPs, contract renewals, and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Corporate Leadership to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and market intelligence to executive leadership regarding opportunities, challenges, and regional performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience, preferably in waste services, environmental services, transportation, construction, industrial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving aggressive revenue growth goals.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively throughout the region.

  1. Utilize Salesforce CRM and company reporting tools to monitor performance, pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales execution.
  2. Lead, train, coach, mentor, and develop assigned sales personnel to achieve individual and team objectives.
  3. Serve as the primary onboarding and training resource for newly hired Sales Representatives within the region.
  4. Drive sales growth and profitability within assigned territories.
  5. Participate in short- and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
  6. Ensure sales activities align with divisional business plans and market growth objectives.
  7. Support implementation and administration of sales incentive programs.

 

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
  • Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro USA.
  • Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
