About the Position
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Controller leads all global accounting operations for the Company, a growing technology and SaaS business with international operations. This role owns end‑to‑end accounting operations, including tax, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and treasury operations, statutory accounting, technical accounting, and financial reporting.

In addition to ensuring accuracy and compliance, the Corporate Controller plays a critical role in driving automation, standardization, and process improvement as the Company scales. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—including tax, legal, IT, operations, and business leaders across the globe—to modernize accounting and finance operations and support growth through new products, geographic expansion, and acquisitions.

Who You Are
You are a senior accounting leader with experience in a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment, where scaling the business requires continually evolving accounting processes and systems. You bring deep US GAAP expertise along with a strong operational mindset and are energized by transforming manual, fragmented processes into efficient, automated, and sustainable workflows. You are curious and pragmatic about emerging technologies, including AI, and understand how to apply them thoughtfully to improve accounting processes, controls, and decision-making at scale

You enjoy working cross‑functionally and across borders, partnering with teams in different countries, cultures, and time zones to drive consistent outcomes. You are a people‑focused leader who values mentorship, clear communication, and building trust across a globally distributed organization, including offshore teams.

A Day in a Life
In this role, you will operate as the leader of the Company’s global accounting organization within a dynamic technology and SaaS environment. On any given day, you may be reviewing and supporting financial reporting for the business, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely close results, or working with executive leadership to address accounting implications of new initiatives. You will play a hands‑on role in integrating newly acquired companies, from accounting diligence and purchase accounting through post‑acquisition process and system integration.

Your day may also include collaborating with teams across multiple countries and time zones to drive consistency, automation, and process improvements; partnering with IT and finance systems teams to transform manual workflows into scalable, automated processes; and resolving complex technical accounting questions related to new products, transactions, or growth initiatives. Throughout the day, you will balance operational execution with strategic leadership, helping build an accounting organization that can scale efficiently while supporting the Company’s continued growth.
