Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Manager in Training program. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop leadership skills, learn daily operations, and grow into a management position within a fast growing company.
This is a hands on role that combines customer service, operations, and leadership development. You will work directly with experienced managers to learn how to run a successful site while gaining real world management experience.
