→Translate conversations, meetings, forms, policies, procedures, etc. from one language to another to facilitate understanding and improve safety and production
→Assist HR, QA, production, etc., by training non-English speaking employees on processes, policies, requirements, etc. in their native language; document training as it occurs
→Assist with interviews, new hire orientation etc. translating questions, answers and presentations as needed
→Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, food quality and/or personnel safety
→Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
→Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum one year experience in accurately translating from English to other language and back; multiple languages preferred
Ability to use Microsoft Office to manage data and create reports
Detail oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization through highly effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
