Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a traveling position, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable and dependable when traveling between our office locations as needed.

• →Greet and assist patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
• →Travel reliably between our multiple office locations as needed
• →Be flexible and comfortable working at different office locations based on scheduling and staffing needs
• →Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
• →Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients and families
• →Answer phones and respond to patient questions
• →Follow up with new and existing patients
• →Work closely with the orthodontist and team at each location
• →Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• →Help ensure smooth daily operations across office locations

• Friendly, positive, and professional personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to traveling between office locations
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between our locations regularly
• Comfortable adapting to different office environments and working with various team members
• Comfortable working with patients and families
• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent patient service
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel where needed
