Broadcast Technician Operator Executive

Set up, operate, and monitor video and broadcasting equipment for live and recorded productions. Support studio, on-location, and live event productions. Ensure high-quality video and audio output throughout productions. Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, audio, lighting, video switching, streaming, and broadcasting equipment. Configure and maintain cameras, microphones, video switchers, encoders, and streaming devices. Assist with live streaming and content distribution across digital platforms. Perform routine maintenance and testing of production and broadcasting equipment. Coordinate with producers, directors, editors, and production teams to ensure smooth technical execution. Monitor broadcast signals and identify potential issues before they impact production. Maintain equipment inventory and recommend repairs or replacements when needed. Stay up to date with new broadcasting technologies and production workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcasting, Film Production, Electronics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in video production, broadcasting, or live production environments. Hands-on experience with professional cameras, audio systems, lighting, video switchers, and streaming equipment. Good technical knowledge of broadcast workflows, video signal flow, audio systems, and live streaming technologies. Familiarity with video production software and basic editing tools is a plus. Understanding of networking basics and IP-based broadcasting is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure during live productions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required. Ability to work under pressure during live broadcasts. And prioritize tasks during live operations.
