Senior Manager - Operations & Technology

1. Manage Retail Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations across all the stores, ensuring smooth functioning, operational efficiency and consistent adherence to company standards. Act as the central point of coordination for resolving store-level operational issues.

2. Drive Audits & Operational Compliance

Conduct regular store audits covering inventory, cash management, documentation, operational processes and adherence to company SOPs. Identify gaps, implement corrective actions and ensure operational compliance across the retail network.

3. Manage Inventory & Stock Movement

Oversee inter-store stock transfers, stock reconciliations, inventory documentation and coordination with merchandising, production and logistics teams. Ensure accurate inventory records, efficient stock movement and appropriate controls over high-value inventory.

4. Build SOPs & Improve Processes

Develop, document and implement standard operating procedures across retail and other business functions. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, strengthen internal controls and improve productivity.

5. Lead Technology & Digital Transformation

Evaluate, select and implement technology solutions across the organisation, including ERP, CRM, sales enablement, productivity, workflow automation and business intelligence tools. Build a roadmap to transform the brand into a technology-first organisation.

6. Drive Technology Adoption & Integration

Work with internal teams and external technology partners to ensure successful implementation, integration and adoption of new systems. Lead employee training, monitor system utilisation and ensure technology delivers measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.

7. Establish MIS & Operational Reporting

Develop reporting systems and dashboards to monitor store operations, inventory, audit compliance, employee productivity and other key operational metrics. Ensure accurate, timely and actionable reporting to management.

8. Support New Store Launches

Coordinate operational readiness for new store launches, including systems implementation, inventory setup, documentation, SOP deployment and staff training. Develop scalable operational processes to support the brand's expanding retail network.

9. Manage Vendors & Administrative Operations

Manage relationships with operational vendors, technology providers and relevant service partners. Oversee store-level administrative requirements, maintenance and other operational support activities to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

• Has 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, business operations or a similar role, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail or another multi-store retail business.

• Has hands-on experience managing store operations, inventory controls, audits, SOPs and operational compliance.

• Has demonstrated experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions, particularly ERP, CRM, productivity and workflow automation tools.

• Is comfortable working with data, building dashboards and using operational insights to improve business performance.

• Possesses strong project management skills and can independently drive initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Has excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors and technology partners.

• Thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation and is willing to remain closely involved in execution.

• Is willing to be based in Hyderabad and travel regularly to stores.

• Establish consistent, efficient and well-documented operations across all the stores.
