About the Role
~1 min readWe're hiring our Founding Account Executive to own revenue from the front lines. This is a closing role, not a prospecting role: a dedicated SDR/GTM team feeds you qualified leads, and your job is to turn those conversations into signed customers. You'll run the full cycle, shape how we sell, and set the standard for every AE who joins after you.
If you want a seat where your numbers are visible, your input on pricing and positioning actually lands, and the playbook is yours to write, this is it.
You will run discovery and sales calls end to end, taking prospects from first demo through proposal and close. Typical deals land in the ₹3L to ₹10L ARR range. You'll carry monthly pipeline and ARR targets and be accountable for hitting them, with deal progress tracked cleanly in CRM.
Beyond closing, you'll work directly with the founders to sharpen messaging, objection handling, and pricing. As the first AE, you'll build the sales playbook from the ground up and keep iterating on it as we learn what works.
