Weinstein Properties is looking for a skilled, EPA-certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bexley at Davidson. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

✓Pay: $21/hour (and up, depending on experience)

✓On-call pay:

✓$150/week (calls or no calls)

✓Additional $150 per holiday on-call

✓Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

Responsibilities

→Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
→Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
→Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
→Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
→Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
Ability to drive a golf cart
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Experience using hand and power tools
Background check required
