Equipment Finance Manager

What’s the role?

This role sits within Business Banking and focuses on supporting and growing an Equipment Finance portfolio by partnering closely with commercial banking teams. You will work with clients to provide tailored cash flow and equipment finance solutions, helping them manage and optimise their business operations. The role combines relationship management, solution selling and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes. You’ll play a key part in driving portfolio growth, supporting bankers with specialist expertise and contributing to a high‑performing team focused on delivering market‑leading service and innovative financial solutions to business customers.

 

What do I need?

• Experience in Business Banking, Equipment Finance or commercial lending, with exposure to supporting or growing client portfolios
• Proven ability to work with business customers to understand cash flow needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Experience partnering with relationship managers and internal stakeholders to support deal origination and execution
• Strong understanding of equipment finance products and the broader business banking landscape
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while contributing to growth, retention and customer outcomes
