As an Event Coordinator at Westpac, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional events that support both internal teams and client engagement. Based in Sydney, this 12 month full-time position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where no two days are the same. You’ll support the Events team with planning, logistics, administration, and on-the-ground coordination- ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. Some travel, evening, and weekend work may be required, so flexibility is essential. 

You will Provide comprehensive event support and administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and coordinating logistics with the Events team.  You will also support event execution by preparing, printing, and organising collateral, and assisting with packing and unpacking materials for each event.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in event coordination within a corporate or professional context
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with digital event platforms (e.g. Aventri, webinars, streaming) is a plus
