Manager, FM & Treasury Compliance

What’s the role?
You’ll partner closely with our Financial Markets and Treasury teams, working alongside trading, sales and business leaders to provide practical, forward looking compliance support. 

Day to day, you’ll contribute across a wide range of activities, from advising on regulatory change and strategic projects, to monitoring the control environment and supporting incident and breach assessments. 

You’ll build strong relationships, challenge constructively, and help shape a proactive compliance culture. With exposure across one of the largest Financial Markets businesses in Australia, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how markets operate end to end while growing your career within a supportive and collaborative team.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days remote.

What do I need?

• Experience in compliance, risk or a related discipline (around 2–3+ years) within financial services 
• Exposure to Financial Markets, Treasury and/or Commodities environments 
• Strong understanding of how Financial Markets businesses operate (sales, trading, products) 
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and front office teams
• Sound judgement with the ability to assess risk and prioritise effectively
  Curiosity and a proactive mindset with confidence working both independently and collaboratively
