What’s the role?
Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian businesses with specialists who understand exactly what it takes to grow and thrive. As a Relationship Manager, you'll look after a portfolio of customers across diversified industries, building deep, genuine relationships and supporting each business with tailored commercial lending solutions. You'll take the time to truly understand what drives your customers, structure thoughtful lending options and work closely with product specialists and internal partners to anticipate needs and make banking feel simple and personal.

You’ll also be a visible presence in the Perth / Boorloo market on Noongar Country, creating new opportunities, welcoming new customers and building strong networks across the local business community. This is a permanent, full-time role with the flexibility to balance time with customers, in the office and working from home.

What do I need?
• Strong commercial lending experience with confidence managing complex transactions and tailored deal structures
• Well developed credit skills including cashflow analysis, balance sheet understanding and preparing clear credit submissions
• A strong track record in business development including acquiring and growing new to bank relationships
• Established networks across the local business community and wider market
• A collaborative approach with the curiosity and drive to uncover opportunities and deliver great outcomes for customers
