  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, connected guest journey

  • Contribute to both guest satisfaction and commercial performance

  • Are fluent in Dutch

  • Have 0–2 years of relevant experience

  • Are service-oriented, friendly, and solution-focused

  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools to enhance efficiency and personalization

  • Pay attention to detail while maintaining a personal, professional touch

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
