If you are an expert in your field, we want to hear from you.
As Demand Generation Manager, you'll represent Marketing across EMEA, partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop commercially focused marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Alongside owning the regional marketing calendar, you'll play a key role in evolving WGSN's global demand generation capability, helping improve how we generate, nurture, measure and convert demand across the business.
Supported by a wider marketing team, you'll provide strategic input across regional marketing programmes while remaining close to delivery to ensure every initiative is executed to a high standard.
Our marketing team combines creative vision with strategic insight to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Based across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAM, we are a collaborative, high-performing group that uses data-driven decision-making to elevate the WGSN brand and deliver world-class campaigns.

- Plan and deliver integrated marketing programmes across campaigns, Account-Based Marketing and paid social media.
- Project-manage owned events and third-party partnership activity as part of the wider campaign plan - working closely with the specialist events and partnerships marketers in the business who coordinate on-the-ground delivery, rather than owning that coordination directly.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure programmes are delivered to a high standard, while remaining hands-on where required.
- Champion the WGSN brand across EMEA and identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate business performance.

- Direct experience partnering with a Sales team in a fast-paced or hyper-growth environment, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and constructively challenge commercial priorities.
- Exposure to developing or supporting demand generation programmes across the marketing and sales funnel, including lead management, lead scoring, marketing attribution, CRM (Salesforce) and conversion optimisation.
- Experience contributing to integrated B2B marketing programmes across campaigns, ABM and digital marketing, including project-managing events or partnership activity as part of a wider plan (rather than owning the specialist coordination of these end-to-end).
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on marketing delivery.
- Some experience working across or alongside multiple teams and regions is a plus, though not essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insight to inform marketing decisions.
