Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com. ## This role in summary Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Manufacturing Engineering Analyst to fulfill a new role located at the Findlay Manufacturing facility in Findlay, OH. This role will cover day-to-day support for the press and fab areas, along with delivering projects to optimize equipment and processes to deliver plant metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. ## Your responsibilities will include * Root cause problem solving for major equipment downtime * Eliminate or mitigate safety risks * Develop creative ways to reduce equipment scrap * Increase equipment output though design changes * Analyze data to pinpoint losses and reduce cost * Work cross functionally to achieve goals * Deliver projects on time to drive continuous improvement ## Minimum requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology * 6+ months of manufacturing experience including co-ops and internship ## Preferred skills and experiences * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering * Project management experience * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment * WCM (World Class Manufacturing) experience ## What we offer Generous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
