Responsibilities

Identify conversion points and implement campaigns / tactics to optimise the conversion of the WhiteCoat corporate and retail base.
Measure and report on the performance of all conversion initiatives, and perform optimisation for subsequent efforts.
Develop, grow and optimise WhiteCoat’s inbound and outbound marketing communications efforts.
Implement and ensure consistency in the WhiteCoat tone of voice and brand identity across all communications platforms.
You will be primarily responsible for optimising the conversion of WhiteCoat’s corporate and retail base, as well as internal and external facing communications. Your tasks include (and are not necessarily limited to):
Propose new and creative growth strategies via partner engagements and campaign initiatives to optimise lead-to-customer conversion rate through each conversion path.
Work with measurement tools to identify critical conversion points and drop off points to increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
Measure and report monthly performance of all corporate conversion campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to recommend and implement said improvements.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and content driven strategy.
Oversee and measure performance of content marketing vertical (email marketing and social media) against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights (including competitors and best practices), and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
Manage paid digital marketing efforts and website optimisation.
