Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!   The Reservationist position is responsible for communicating with guests via phone and taking their hotel reservations.  This is a full-time position with night and weekend availability. *This position is located in BARABOO, WI* Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to: Obtain knowledge of all Wilderness Resort properties, units, policies, and resort amenities. Works via telephone software to communicate and suggest lodging options and rates for our guests. Ability to multi-task across several programs and computer screens. Prepares, alters, and modifies lodging accommodations via computerized reservations system, processes credit card transactions. Able to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor while communicating with guests and colleagues. All other duties as assigned by management.   *Wilderness Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer*
