• →Lead crews in the safe and efficient execution of construction activities.
• →Actively participate in field construction, including planning, execution, quantity verification, and quality control.
• →Communicate upcoming project needs to the Superintendent, including manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• →Coordinate daily work activities based on project priorities and schedules.
• →Supervise the safe and effective use of equipment, tools, and machinery.
• →Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Wilco's high-quality standards.
• →Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
• →Train, mentor, and develop crew members in accordance with Wilco procedures and safe work practices.
• →Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, communication, and safety.

• Proven experience as construction superintendent or foreman, civil preferred.
• Must possess strong leadership/mentorship and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of equipment operation.
• Strong numeracy skills, record keeping and technology usage.
• Ability to read and execute plans, read grade stakes and use laser level.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Unsupervised with a 3-5 person crew.
• Have advanced knowledge of the fundamental principals of landscaping including grading, planting and hardscape.
• Promote a positive team culture across all departments and job sites with a focus on safety first and continuous improvement.
• Valid drivers license.
