As our workload continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. Skid Steer- Loader- Excavator, Dozer, and Grader Operators! • →Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in a civil construction environment.
• →Perform daily equipment inspections and complete pre-trip and post-trip documentation.
• →Conduct routine maintenance and identify mechanical concerns.
• →Read grades, stakes, plans, and site instructions.
• →Work closely with Foremen, Gradepersons, Labourers, and Project Teams.
• →Maintain production while ensuring quality workmanship.
• →Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• →Contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

• Minimum of 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience operating multiple types of machinery is considered an asset.
• Ability to perform finish grading and interpret survey stakes accurately.
• Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Capable of adapting to varying job site conditions and challenges.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• CSTS and Ground Disturbance certification are a condition of employment.

Successful candidates may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.
