(12:00 am - 8:00 am) Key duties include running multiple cable lines, conducting required cable testing, upholding departmental safety protocols, and maintaining clean work spaces. Additionally, flexibility is expected to support other cable lines, assist with general shop floor operations, and undertake further assignments directed by management.
Responsibilities

- →Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and operate multiple machines
Requirements
~1 min read- Capable of running multiple cable machines while maintaining product specifications within strict tolerances
- Proficient in using a micrometer
- Knowledgeable with in-process testing procedures for manufacturing
- Excellent time management skills to meet production demands efficiently
- Education: High School Diploma preferred
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR requirements
- Systems Proficiency: ERP System, ADP
- Core Competencies: Operating multiple machines efficiently; producing items consistently within designated tolerance limits
