Window Nation is looking for a Lead Paid Media Specialist to help drive growth through high-performing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social lead generation. This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer who is comfortable working directly in ad platforms, testing new ideas, optimizing continuously, and using data to guide decisions.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes balancing creative testing with analytical thinking, and is motivated by driving efficient lead growth. You will work closely with the Director, Digital Performance Marketing and partner across Creative, SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Paid Media.

As a Paid Media Specialist at Window Nation, you will play a direct role in driving lead generation and growth through paid media. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the platforms, testing what works, and turning performance data into action.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as the primary channel, with exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, and TikTok
  • Plan, build, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Own day-to-day campaign execution, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, pacing, audience targeting, and in-platform optimizations
  • Optimize performance against key KPIs, including cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates
  • Design and execute structured testing strategies across creative, messaging, audiences, and platform features to continuously improve performance
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Web teams to develop and optimize ad assets and landing pages that drive full-funnel performance
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting by supporting tagging, pixel implementation, and data integrity across platforms

    • Proven track record of driving measurable, performance-focused outcomes (e.g., CPL, ROAS, conversion rate)
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization actions
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams
    • Hands-on experience with additional paid channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid video platforms
    • Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Power BI, or similar platforms
    • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRM integrations
    • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred

      This role is likely not a fit if:
      • You have only worked on organic social media
      • Your experience is primarily brand awareness or engagement campaigns
      • You have not personally managed campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
      • You have not been responsible for performance metrics like leads, CPL, or revenue
