Window Nation is looking for a Lead Paid Media Specialist to help drive growth through high-performing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social lead generation. This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer who is comfortable working directly in ad platforms, testing new ideas, optimizing continuously, and using data to guide decisions.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes balancing creative testing with analytical thinking, and is motivated by driving efficient lead growth. You will work closely with the Director, Digital Performance Marketing and partner across Creative, SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Paid Media.
As a Paid Media Specialist at Window Nation, you will play a direct role in driving lead generation and growth through paid media. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the platforms, testing what works, and turning performance data into action.
In this role, you will:

~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
Requirements
~2 min read- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and paid social performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable, performance-focused outcomes (e.g., CPL, ROAS, conversion rate)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization actions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams
- Hands-on experience with additional paid channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid video platforms
- Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRM integrations
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
- You have only worked on organic social media
- Your experience is primarily brand awareness or engagement campaigns
- You have not personally managed campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
