We’re at an exciting inflection point, evolving from a drone company into the global leader in aerial insights for mapping and surveying. To make this leap, we’re expanding our software ecosystem with WingtraCLOUD, a digital platform that turns aerial data into actionable insights through intuitive web and mobile applications.

As part of this evolution, we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong frontend expertise in React to join our WingtraCLOUD team. You’ll help shape the future of flight planning, flight control, and data processing applications, collaborating across engineering and product, influencing architecture, and mentoring teammates as we build the next generation of Wingtra applications.

Ship fullstack features end-to-end - from architecture to deployment, across web (React), backend (Node.js, AWS) and mobile (Android), with occasional native (Kotlin/Java) work when needed

Build what matters - partner with product, design, and customers to create solutions that actually solve real problems

Keep things fast and reliable - hunt down performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and continuously improve our codebase

Own quality - write tests, review code, and set the bar high for engineering excellence

Push boundaries - integrate new drone capabilities with our robotics team, and experiment with new AI tech (LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP) to level up our products

Help us grow - mentor engineers, share knowledge, and build a team culture where everyone's learning and shipping great work

7+ years building and shipping commercial software at scale. You write clean, reusable code that's simple and maintainable, quality matters to you

Deep expertise across the stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js and/or Python, databases (e.g. Postgres) and ORMs (e.g. TypeORM), with proven ability to design and own fullstack architectures

Excited to contribute to codebases in Java/Kotlin, C++, or Qt, even if they're new to you

You can explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and other team members, with strong English skills, both written and verbal

Experience mentoring developers and collaborating in fast-moving, innovative teams

Fast learner who's genuinely excited to grow with us and make an impact for our customers

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience with Android mobile development, including Java/Kotlin and the Android SDK/NDK

Experience with Docker, Terraform, and AWS cloud infrastructure

Experience with modern C++ and cross-platform development using Qt and QML

Experience with UAVs or autonomous systems (path planning, control, or guidance)
