Senior Paid Ads Specialist / Manager (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist / Manager to join our team of high-performing paid marketing experts and strengthen our digital advertising efforts. This role is open to candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience. The scope will flex as Specialist or Manager depending on your expertise and leadership readiness.

• Collaborate with marketing teammates across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROI
• Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insights
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features
• For more experienced candidates, help shape scaling strategy and support peer development

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale
• Metrics-driven, analytical and team-player, able to communicate insights clearly
• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Familiarity with landing page tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation a bonus
