QA Associate

About the Role

This role is primarily assigned to legal/MVA operational quality function, validating lead and call data, routing accuracy, billing inputs, and partner-delivery quality within the broader customer-acquisition platform. Performs detailed quality-assurance and data-audit work across call-tracking and CRM records to protect lead quality, data accuracy, revenue reconciliation, and partner billing. Escalates complex discrepancies to the Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities

→Audit call-tracking data and CRM records for lead quality, routing accuracy, and compliance with campaign parameters.
→Review daily lead/call logs for data mismatches, invalid calls, scoring errors, missing fields, and other anomalies.
→Apply established QA protocols across the conversion funnel and document findings consistently.
→Support data gathering, cleaning, and verification used in performance reporting and partner invoicing.
→Follow and help improve QA SOPs to reduce manual errors and improve repeatability.
→Collaborate with internal teams and external data feeds to flag quality issues before they affect billing or partner trust.

Requirements

1-3 years of QA, data auditing, call-center QA, lead-generation QA, or comparable quality-control experience.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work accurately with large data sets.
Working knowledge of call-tracking platforms and lead-management CRMs.
Strong pattern recognition, attention to detail, documentation, and escalation judgment.
Clear written and verbal communication.

Hands-on Ringba experience.
Experience in lead generation, affiliate/performance marketing, or partner billing environments.

Remote - United States. Full-time remote role with scheduled overlap with the Reporting team and U.S. Eastern Time business operations. Reliable internet, a secure remote work environment, and appropriate protection of company and customer information are required.

What We Offer

The expected U.S. base salary range for this role is $55,000-$75,000. The actual offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, work location, internal equity, and other lawful job-related factors. This range reflects base compensation only.

Eligible U.S. W-2 employees participate in the benefit plans applicable to the position, subject to plan terms and eligibility rules. Benefit details are provided during the hiring process.
