We are looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Specialist to design, build, and own strategic integrated channel experiences across email and web ecosystems. In this role, you will act as a key operational and strategic partner, driving cross-channel marketing initiatives while ensuring seamless operational continuity during transition and managed-services delivery activities.
You will serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, execution teams, and technical specialists, ensuring stable campaign execution, scalable channel operations, and successful shift-and-lift transition initiatives across digital marketing platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in digital marketing ecosystems, strong technical channel knowledge, and the ability to translate strategic business goals into scalable execution frameworks.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and execute integrated channel marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives across advisor, investor, and institutional ecosystems.
- →Design and implement scalable email and web channel experiences that drive engagement and measurable performance outcomes.
- →Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and execution partners to ensure operational continuity and campaign stability.
- →Recommend and implement platform enhancements, optimization opportunities, and innovative channel solutions.
- →Leverage audience insights, business requirements, and platform capabilities to build high-impact sales and marketing campaigns.
- →Provide strategic and technical expertise during marketing ideation and campaign planning sessions.
- →Develop a holistic understanding of email and web engagement performance and lead test-and-learn initiatives to optimize results.
- →Align channel priorities and execution plans with transition timelines and operational readiness requirements.
- →Identify technical and operational risks proactively and coordinate mitigation strategies to ensure delivery continuity.
- →Support process standardization initiatives to establish scalable and repeatable operational workflows.
- →Drive operational stabilization and support migration or shift-and-lift activities across channel platforms.
- →Communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 4+ years in a Lead, Architect, or strategic channel ownership role.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data flows and integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Target.
- Proven ability to map and orchestrate complex cross-channel customer journeys across multiple lines of business.
- Strong expertise in GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience supporting migration, operational transition, or shift-and-lift initiatives.
- Experience working within managed services, centralized operations, or Center of Excellence (COE) environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities across multiple business units.
- Excellent consultative leadership and risk management capabilities.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify operational dependencies and optimize workflows.
- Demonstrated experience translating strategic business objectives into channel execution roadmaps.
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Salesforce Data Cloud, ActionIQ, or Adobe RT-CDP.
- Experience with AI-driven personalization engines.
- Background in strategy consulting (e.g., Sapient, Accenture, Deloitte, or similar firms).
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience supporting operational stabilization or vendor transitions.
- Familiarity with omnichannel campaign orchestration frameworks and enterprise-scale customer engagement strategies.
