Strong experience delivering high-visibility strategic initiatives with executive exposure.
Hands-on experience building tracking mechanisms, KPIs, and escalation processes.
Proven ability to proactively identify risks and unblock teams to ensure delivery.
Strong experience creating and evolving program management processes and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools to drive delivery consistency.
Strong technical acumen working closely with engineering teams on integrations and systems.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into concise executive-level communication.
Strong judgment in prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Proven ability to maintain accountability and performance across internal and external teams.
Experience driving clarity and execution in highly ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
Experience with AI-driven workflows or agentic AI solutions.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
