About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team. This associate will be a skilled, self-motivated, service-oriented individual and will provide first shift electrical maintenance support for our manufacturing operations. The associate will be responsible for electrical repairs and maintenance on many production equipment types with a focus on preventive maintenance and breakdown support activities.

This position would be based in our facility in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities

→Understand every machine’s constraint and give your improvement solutions
→Record machine maintenance related data, machine modification documents and project documents
→Support DE to upgrade and modify exist equipment; give your valuable input
→Work with team member to achieve team goals
→Check and prepare spare parts

Requirements

Graduated from college or university in electronic or electrical automation related subject. Have solid professional knowledge and hands-on ability and problem-solving skills
Must have low voltage operation certification
At least 3 years experiences in automatic machine maintenance. Textile, paper and printing related industries production equipment maintenance experiences is preferred. Familiar with control theory of tension, temperature, pressure, speed, position, motor drag (especially closed-loop control)
Familiar with PLC&HMI hardware configuration and application, able to skillfully solve Siemens, AB and Schneider PLC and drive system trouble. PLC programming is preferred
Understand advantage and disadvantage, willing to learning and improvement. Self-motivated, high ownership, passionate, open mind and positive work attitude
Can work shift(include night shift)
Have good team work and cooperation. Have good communication skills
Understand related English terminology and understand English circuit drawing

Requirements

Maintenance experience in textile, paper and printing machine
Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider PLC’s and variable speed drive experience
Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, WeinView HMI (Human Machine Interface) experience
