Key Responsibilities

As Spa Director, you will oversee all aspects of luxury spa management, including:

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, hire, train, and retain top spa and hospitality talent
Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team culture
Lead with integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Foster collaboration, positivity, and guest-first service excellence

Operations Management

Oversee all daily spa operations for seamless guest experiences
Ensure organizational efficiency, scheduling effectiveness, and service quality
Manage crisis situations calmly while maintaining a peaceful luxury environment
Delegate effectively while maintaining operational accountability

Sales & Business Growth

Drive spa revenue through strategic marketing, guest retention, and upselling
