What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments following Woodhouse's signature service protocols.
Customize treatments to meet each guest's individual needs and wellness goals.
Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest.
Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy, available enhancements, and recommended home-care products.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms in accordance with Woodhouse standards.
Collaborate with fellow team members to provide a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously strengthen your skills.

What We're Looking For

Current, valid Maryland massage therapy license.
A genuine passion for massage therapy, wellness, and helping others.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality treatments.
Ability to manage a busy treatment schedule while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Willingness to learn and embrace The Woodhouse Way.
