Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities related to electrical systems and equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting processes, providing technical guidance and hands-on support to the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Participate in the analysis of systems and equipment, proposing improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Manage maintenance records, technical reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to support production targets and operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic Institution.
  ➤ TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece) registration is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automation systems and PLC programming will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement cost-effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
