Responsibilities
Management Systems
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, BRC Packaging, ISCC+ and other relevant industry standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal, hygiene checks, and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, products, and services.
- Oversee corrective and preventive action programs, ensuring timely resolution and long-term effectiveness.
- Handle administrative quality management tasks and ensure accurate documentation and processing.
- Serve as a secondary contact point for customers regarding management system enquiries.
Environmental Responsibilities
- Manage environmental government reporting and permit control.
- Report on environmental performance.
Regulatory Compliance
- Follow up on regulatory requirements related to raw materials and final products in close cooperation with headquarters.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding regulatory compliance.
Quality & Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
- Work closely with the local leadership team to strengthen the quality culture and optimize procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Report complaints to suppliers and follow up on resolutions.
- Prepare and monitor monthly quality KPIs.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory requirements, auditing, process improvement, and risk management, combined with experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions, as well as familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally abroad and to other company sites.
